Nokia N97 Xperia adalah rangkaian komposisi kata yang sering diucapkan oleh kalangan pengguna smartphone manakala mereka membandingkan Nokia N97 dengan Xperia X10 yang diproduksi oleh Sony Ericsson. Meskipun akhirnya tak ada yang lebih unggul secara mutlak. Karena jika sebuah smart phone unggul di satu sisi, maka dia juga punya kelemahan di sisi yang lain. Begitu pula sebaliknya. Apalagi Nokia N97 dirilis pada bulan Juni 2009, sementara Xperia X10 pada bulan Maret 2010.
Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi aplikasi selular sejalan dengan ketatnya kompetisi antara kedua smartphone tersebut telah mendorong masing-masing produsen untuk mengoptimalkan divisi riset dan pengembangan mereka. Baik kendala yang ditemui maupun inovasi yang dilakukan terhadap Nokia N97 dan Xperia nyaris tak akan mengalami banyak perbedaan. Karena pada prinsipnya, kedua produk tersebut, baik Nokia N97 maupun Xperia adalah implementasi dari teknologi yang merupakan refleksi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Sedangkan ilmu pengetahuan hanya akan berkembang dari satu penemuan ke penemuan yang lain secara pasti, tapi juga memerlukan waktu yang tidak singkat.
Sementara aspek produksi, distribusi hingga pemasaran yang dilakukan terhadap Nokia N97 maupun Xperia juga masih memerlukan keunggulan manajemen agar mereka dapat masuk dan diterima konsumen. Sehingga teknologi tinggi belum tentu bisa menarik bagi konsumen kalau tidak ditunjang oleh manajemen pemasaran yang kuat.
Implementasi berbagai aspek itu tercermin padakedua smartphone itu. Sehingga secara teknis, jika spesifikasi Nokia N97 dan Xperia saling dibandingkan, bahkan juga dengan merk-merk lain di kelasnya, maka tidak ada salah satu dari mereka yang memiliki keunggulan secara mutlak.
Agar lebih unggul dari kompetitor, maka strategi bagi Nokia maupun Sony Ericsson harus lebih difokuskan pada aspek manajemen pemasaran, terutama tingkat pelayanan yang mampu memberikan kepuasan bagi konsumen.
Dari segi harga, segmentasi Nokia N97 maupun Xperia di Indonesia adalah konsumsi kalangan orang yang berduit. Selain mereka membutuhkan teknologi mutakhir untuk menunjang aktivitas sehari-hari, juga pelayanan yang tidak mengecewakan. Bahkan dengan makin berkembangnya kesadaran mereka sebagai konsumen, akhirnya cenderung menuntut pelayanan yang bersifat lebih individual.
- Nokia N97 tidak bisa dibandingkan dengan Nokia E71 karena berasal dari kelas yang berbeda dan dirilis dengan selisih satu tahun. Dimana persamaan antara keduanya ?
- Saat hendak dipakai menelepon Nokia E90 harus dibuka lebih dulu karena disainnya berbentuk clamshell, sementara N97 menerapkan model slider yang hanya perlu digeser ke atas. Jelas keduanya tak bisa diperbandingkan dari segi selera, tapi ada satu hal yang membuatnya sama.

I’m using WordPress. Because only WordPress and Blogspot (Blogger) have Google the most popular in Indonesia. This template is called “Vita”, also made an Indonesian. You can get free at wordpress.org / extend / themes / vita. There are many good templates for various types of websites. I guess you don’t need to change anything. We just need to adjust the composition, until we find the composition of the best value. The problem is, the perception of “best value” is different for everyone.
