Blackberry Vs Nokia N97 atau membandingkan kedua hand phone tersebut secara fair dan obyektif hanya dapat dilakukan berdasarkan ketentuan bahwa keduanya harus dirilis pada saat yang sama. Dalam hal ini Nokia N97 dirilis pada bulan Juni 2009, sementara seri Blackberry yang dirilis hampir bersamaan dengan waktu tersebut adalah Tour 9630, tepatnya pada bulan Juli 2009 yang hanya berselisih satu bulan.
Baik Blackberry Tour 9630 atau Nokia N97 pada saat itu adalah produk yang didisain dengan mengimplementasikan teknologi mutakhir untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen mereka. Dengan target yang sama, keduanya juga memiliki beberapa fitur untuk fungsi yang sama, dimana salah satu bisa unggul dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya. Blackberry Tour 9630 didisain berdimensi 112 x 62 x 14.2 mm dengan berat 133 gr, sedangkan dimensi Nokia N97 adalah 117.2 x 55.3 x 15.9 mm dengan berat 150 gr. Dengan demikian Blackberry lebih pendek, lebih tipis dan lebih ringan dibandingkan dengan Nokia N97.
Di sisi lain Nokia N97 memiliki layar lebih luas, yaitu 3.5 inc dengan resolusi 360×640 piksel. Sedangkan layar Blackberry 2,4 inc tapi gambarnya dimampatkan dengan resolusi 480x 360 piksel agar kelihatan lebih tajam dan jelas.
Membandingkan memory internal antara keduanya, handphone buatan Finlandia ini jauh lebih unggul dengan 32 GB yang masih bisa ditambah melalui kartu microSD 16 GB. Sementara memori internal Blackberry hanya 256 MB yang meskipun bisa ditambah tapi maksimal hanya 8 GB.
Perbandingan antara Blackberry Vs Nokia N97 yang menunjukkan perbedaan tajam juga terdapat pada kamera Nokia N97 dengan kapasitas dan kualitas gambar 5 MP, 2592×1944 pixels. Sementara Blackberry hanya 3.15 MP, 2048×1536 pixels.
Pada fitur standarnya, Nokia N97 juga memiliki kelebihan dengan Radio Stereo FM dan fasilitas TV-Out. Begitu pula dengan pasokan dayanya dari standar baterei Li-Ion 1500 mAh yang memberikan waktu siaga 432 jam (2G) / 408 jam (3G) dan waktu bicara 9,5 jam (2G) / 6 jam (3G). S
Sedangkan Blackberry tak dilengkapi dengan Radio Stereo FM dan fasilitas TV-Out, memperoleh pasokan daya dari standar beterei Li-Ion 1400 mAh tercatat hanya memiliki waktu siaga 336 jam dan waktu bicara 5 jam.
Secara teknis Nokia N97 memiliki keunggulan telak, tapi di luar itu masih banyak faktor psikologis akibat strategi pemasaran sehingga membuat kedua hand phone yang berbeda kemampuan ini dimasukkan dalam satu ring pertandingan kemudian dikemas dalam kata kunci Blackberry Vs Nokia N97.
- Meskipun Nokia E75 masuk ke pasar selular hanya berselisih dua bulan lebih awal dari dan Nokia N97, tetapi popularitasnya kalah jauh dengan Nokia N97. Mengapa demikian ?

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
